SpeD 2025 adheres to the IEEE paper formatting guidelines. When preparing your paper submission, please follow the IEEE template guidelines, along with the IEEE Author Ethics Guidelines. If you choose the Word version of the template, be sure to use the latest version of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Papers for the SpeD 2025 proceedings should have 5 or 6 pages (including references).
The papers should be submitted in PDF file format, the only accepted format for submission. Papers have to be submitted via online paper submission system.
Please also note that the papers will be checked for plagiarism. Papers with significant overlap with the authors own papers or other papers will ultimately be rejected.
