Terms and Conditions – SpeD 2025

By accessing this website and registering for the International Conference on Speech Technology and Human-Computer Dialogue (SpeD 2025), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. All purchases, registrations, and transactions are governed by applicable Romanian legislation. Please ensure you read and understand our policies on payment, registration confirmation, refunds, and data protection before proceeding.


Payment Methods

You can pay securely online using your personal or company card through PlatiOnline.
Accepted cards: VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have CVV2/CVC2).

  • No additional fees are charged for transactions.

  • Card data is processed exclusively on PlatiOnline servers via a secure, encrypted connection.

  • Your bank statement will show the transaction as: Fundatia Electronica 2000.


Delivery Information (Registration Confirmation)

Your registration for SpeD 2025 will be validated as soon as the registration fee payment is confirmed in the Fundatia Electronica 2000 account.

  • An invoice for the registration fee will be issued and delivered via email within 10 working days.

  • Confirmation of participation will be sent electronically after successful registration.


Refund Policy

  • Registrations cancelled more than 10 working days before SpeD 2025 are eligible for a refund of the registration fee paid, minus online payment processing and banking fees.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the conference organizers.

  • Reimbursements will be processed within 30 days of receiving the refund request.

  • Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than 10 working days before the event.

The organizers of SpeD 2025 are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
